A family member, referrer or organization sends basic information. Our team reviews the referral and confirms consent and eligibility.
Fund the hours
Sponsors express interest, then contributions are recorded when received. Every $50 received represents one care hour.
Track delivery
Approved hours can be allocated to eligible people. Staff log visits and prepare sponsor reports without exposing personal care files publicly.

The care-hour rate is $50. A $100 contribution corresponds to 2 care hours; $500 corresponds to 10. The estimate is a planning guide, not a payment or a promise of immediate service.

Only authorized CareCircle staff can view participant files, allocations and visits. Public forms ask for practical information needed to start a review—not detailed clinical notes.
